For Carleton Watkins
A photographic tribute of my Napa composite landscapes to an artist that died in Napa but never saw its beauty. Who traversed Yosemite 100 years before Ansel Adams with 12 mules of photographic equipment. He died a soul crushing death and buried anonymously at the Napa State Hospital. I dedicate these images of Napa's open space to Carleton Watkins. My composite photographs are edited in photoshop and taken with a phone that weighs 5 ounces. RIP, (Rest In Photography)
